GenomeRNAi - a database for RNAi phenotypes and reagents
What is GenomeRNAi?
GenomeRNAi is a database containing phenotypes from RNA interference (RNAi) screens in Drosophila and Homo sapiens. In addition, the database provides an updated resource of RNAi reagents and their predicted quality.

GenomeRNAi v14 released
30 April, 2015
GenomeRNAi 14.0 is a data release. The database now contains 217 RNAi screens in human, and 201 screens in Drosophila. The total number of gene-phenotype associations has increased to over 1,2 million. Many thanks to V. Gama who submitted a screen on
Cytochrome c degradation
and to A. Cole who submitted a
Lentiviral shRNA 'Achilles Heel' screen
